When it comes to launching a new product or service, no opportunity should be left aside—from brochures to panels or screens. halo was created to make car ownership easier, allowing customers to locate their cars with a tap or to schedule services with the dealership in a couple of taps.
As halo was launching its app, it faced the challenge of being both a b2b and b2c business model.
Communication that speaks straight to the final customer were used, such as a screen while waiting to have their cars serviced, and panels on the doors they walk through. At the same time, a brochure was created for car dealerships to introduce the app and its benefits.
